WHAT IS A WORKSHOP?

You might be wondering “What is a Workshop?” - A Workshop is a process where a group of people come together to test out different ideas. For example, new musicals use workshops to test the scenes and songs. In this workshop, we will be working on character development and scene study along with blocking.

Carefully reading the script and discussing plot and character archs in full group discussions.

Taking our favorite moments from the book and reimagining them without a script! Working together to develop a scene from begining to end.

LEARNING THE WORLD

To immerse ourselve into the 1860's we learned about Little Women author Louisa May Alcott and learned a traditional dance.
